These general terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of booking services offered by our establishment. They govern all stages of the reservation and its follow-up. Any booking implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
2. Booking
The customer selects the services presented on our platform. They acknowledge having been informed of the nature, purpose, and terms of the services offered. The reservation is firm and definitive upon validation and payment.
3. Booking Confirmation
After validation, the customer receives written confirmation (by email or other durable medium) including the details of their reservation, the selected services, the price, and the establishment’s contact information.
4. Cancellation and Modification by the Customer
Any reservation is non-modifiable and non-refundable, regardless of the cause, except in cases of duly justified force majeure in accordance with Moroccan law (natural disasters, administrative closure, etc.). In case of no-show, the entire stay is charged and no refund will be issued.
5. Service Consumption
The customer must present identification upon arrival for check-in. Any behavior contrary to the law, public order, or good morals authorizes the establishment to immediately terminate the stay without refund.
6. Prices
Prices are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), all taxes included unless otherwise stated. Tourist taxes and other local taxes, if applicable, are to be paid on site. Prices confirmed at the time of booking are firm and final.
7. Payment
Payment for the stay is made at the time of booking via the secure methods provided (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). ⚠️ Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in cases of force majeure provided by law.
8. Liability
The establishment is not responsible for consequences related to force majeure, unforeseeable events, or the customer’s own actions (delay, absence, incomplete travel documents, etc.).
9. Complaints
Any complaint must be submitted in writing to the establishment within a maximum of 7 days after the end of the stay.
10. Personal Data
The information collected is necessary for the management of reservations and is processed in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of personal data.
11. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure (unforeseeable, irresistible event beyond the control of the parties), the execution of the contract may be suspended or canceled without compensation, in accordance with the Code of Obligations and Contracts.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts in the district where the establishment is located.
